House prices increase despite ‘complications posed by wider economic headwinds’
High interest rates, the Autumn Budget and the cost-of-living aren’t enough to deter house price increases as new research from Nationwide’s Housing Index shows they rose by 3.7% year-on-year last month.
Vistry Group and Bloor Homes have secured planning permission for 826 new homes in Leighton West, Crewe. The plans were given the green light at a meeting of Cheshire East Council’s Strategic Planning Board on 27th June.
