New data released by Halifax’s House Price Index this morning showed the cost of homes dropped by 0.2% last month, however experts remain positive they will continue to climb this year.
Vistry Group and Bloor Homes have secured planning permission for 826 new homes in Leighton West, Crewe. The plans were given the green light at a meeting of Cheshire East Council’s Strategic Planning Board on 27th June.
