Regeneration consultancy AspinallVerdi has been appointed by EN:Procure to their Landsolve 2.0 Framework.Â
EN:Procure — the specialist procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North Holdings limited — launched the framework last month for an initial duration of four years with the option to extend for a further four years.
It aims to provide high-quality land brokerage and advisory services to assist in generating capital and maximising the value of land.
The framework is for the benefit of the public and charitable sector and includes supporting the development of surplus land assets with the aim of delivering social infrastructure or other public policy objectives on a UK wide basis.
The land advisory services part of the framework saw six companies including AspinallVerdi appointed.
The consortium’s broader membership includes approximately 30 registered providers and local planning authorities nationally from Northumberland County Council to Wokingham Borough Council including Together Housing, the Guinness Partnership and Home Group.
‘The Landsolve 2.0 framework is the first of a number of innovative procurement solutions in development that will expand the service offer and operating footprint of the company and we are excited by its potential,’ said Efficiency North Holdings’ chief executive, Lee Parkinson.
‘We very much look forward to working closely with the appointed framework members and implementing the framework across our membership to deliver value adding developments’.
Ben Aspinall, managing director of AspinallVerdi added: ‘We are delighted to have been selected to be on the framework. This is testament to our track record in affordable housing delivery and our commitment to social value.’
