Urbanize Homes has secured planning consent for Stockportâ€™s tallest building.
The development, which will be called The Place and is expected to be valued at Â£30m, will be mixed-use and feature 164 buy-to-let apartments across 14 storeys, with retail space on the ground floor currently earmarked for a coffee shop.
CPUK has been awarded the building contract with Cushman & Wakefield and Julian Wadden appointed as joint selling agents.

House price growth in Stockport has been higher than the Greater Manchester average, with 6.9% growth against 5.3% respectively, the average house price in Stockport is 33% higher than the Greater Manchester average.
Building work is due to stary in April 2019.
